About this villa rental
Villa Valentino is the ideal place for those who love comforts and are looking for a home where they can find peace, relaxation and fun. The villa and all the furnishings are totally new. The highlights are the large garden with lawn (500 sq m) and the 10x4 m electrolysis pool with diving board and gaiser to create whirlpool effect.
Modern and elegant garden furniture (deck chairs, table and chairs), comfortable outdoor bathroom with hot water shower, outdoor kitchen with bar corner and functional barbecue for unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, large covered veranda with 42'' TV, Playstation 4, children's games (slide, basketball hoop, etc.), table soccer and ping pong table for fun summer games! In the garden children's play area with slide. Inside, the villa is on two levels. On the ground floor are the living room with double sofa bed, 42'' TV, Hi-Fi system and printer, the brand new equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, 1 water dispenser, dishwasher), a double bedroom with safe and a triple bedroom (two single beds can be joined into a double bed), a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, access to the large terrace with exposed wooden beams of about 150 sq. m. furnished with parasol and chaise longue.
All rooms have air conditioning and access to free unlimited wifi.
The villa has a laundry room and a parking area for 2 cars.
Baby crib, children's deckchair available upon request.
Tourist tax due at check in: €1.50 per person per day
Monthly rate from December to March. For monthly stay consumption has to be paid a forfait €500 per month.
Terrasini is a very lively town that organises shows, events and festivals every year in summer to entertain tourists. It is a locality renowned for its splendid, very clean sea, mainly with access from the rocks. Beach lovers can reach the famous 'Magaggiari' that is very popular with sea lovers. In Terrasini there are shops such as pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, etc. The beautiful beach of 'Cala Rossa' is only a 10-minute drive away.
For an authentically Sicilian gastronomic experience, you can try the cheese farm located close to the house (near the motorway junction): you can taste cheeses and Sicilian cannoli prepared on the spot, a real treat!

We loved the outside dining area, kitchen was well equipped & the two fridges worked well for our group. There was an unexpected issue with the water but was addressed within 30 min and did not disrupt any part of our holiday. Host sent tons of recommendations of places/parking/eating to visit in and around Palermo. We did not travel with children, but this house would be great for a family with kids.

We absolutely loved Villa Valentino! We were in Sicily for two weeks and only one week at Villa Valentino. We wished we would have stayed both weeks there! The house was perfect for our family of four. We arrived to a stocked fridge with snacks and drinks. Rosario met us upon arrival to go over everything. He had extensive information on the restaurants, attractions, and cities around. Terrasini was a great base for all the places we went to (Terrasini, Palerma, Agrigento, Santa Ninfa). We wish we would have had more time to visit San Vito di Capo and Erice!The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool (was perfect!), playing ping pong, fooseball, and relaxing on the patio with a refreshing drink. Rosario was an amazing host and was available whenever we had any questions. He provided tons of recommendations! He even ordered a pizza for us when I couldn't figure it out. Rosario embodies the true meaning of Sicily. He treated us like family and his villa was our home away from home!We highly recommend Villa Valentino!! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Rosario!!

Fantastic villa, all you could want and more.The standard was set on arrival with Rosario providing fresh fruit, presents for the kids and beer!The villa was spotless with everything you could need, fabulous pool, table tennis, table football, lovely outdoor living space, fully equipped kitchen and bar and washing machine if needed.A great base to explore Trapani, Selunente, Erice, national parks and Segesta. Terrasini is a lovely little town too with a good selection of restaurants.Overall, a fabulous holiday, we felt like royalty.Thanks Rosario.
