Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Fred and Cécile are fantastic hosts and their dog Cole makes sure everyone feels welcome as well. The location is perfect for visiting the region. A very quick drive to Chateau-Thierry but in a very quiet village. Breakfast every morning was perfect. All local. And we had dinner that was an incredible selection of local cheese, meat and wine. Fred did a great job explaining the origins of everything. I highly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity. His extensive wine collection in his own cellar made it all even more enjoyable. If you want to visit the French countryside, staying in a 600 year old French home with extensive grounds and its own wine cellar is a great choice.

Location near Chateau-Thierry. It’s a small town, a quiet village. Breakfast with homemade jams and jellies (amazing). The property and the garden. Best of all, fellow guests. Better than that, Fred & Cécile. So friendly, approachable, and welcoming (even for Americans). This is our second time staying here, and we love it. We hope to have the chance to stay again!
