This beautiful townhouse has it all. Located in Storey Lake Resort, your reservation includes all amenities like water slides, lazy river, splash area, mini golf, fitness center, sport court and more.
Accommodates up to 8 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Screened in private pool all to yourself! Fully equipped kitchen to make your trip as easy as possible.
First Floor: Queen bedroom with full bathroom outside in the hallway
Second Floor: Queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, queen bedroom, 2 twin dinosaur theme bedroom, full bathroom in the hallway.
The townhouse is only 1 mile to the clubhouse and water park!

Amazing location and gated entrance to the complex is secured by guard - digital locker at the house. The resort is ideally located right off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee with easy access to the major attractions; Disney World, Universal Studios & SeaWorld. Spectacular outlet shopping is minutes away and two of the top 10 outlet malls in the country are nearby. Any type of dining you desire, from popular chain restaurants to fine dining are a quick drive from the resort.

EASY self check in process, no hassle with key pick up! Each guest receives access to a secure Guest Experience portal and can reach us by chat, email and/or text message.
== RENTAL POLICIES ==
- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)
Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival.
The Grill is NOT NCLUDED in your reservation for this property.
BBQ- One time fee of $50 to clean after your usage. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity once paid we will text you the code for the lock. We do not provide the propane tank. It can be refilled at the nearest gas station near the home.
Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
Guest Access:
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.
LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm, Check out time in 10am. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.
NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.

MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordlingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.
CLEANING:The departure cleaning fee will also be required on all reservations and will be applied to each property booked. If a guest is staying more than one month in the same rental unit, the fee will only be charged on the final month. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

Good experience, quick customer service, and over all fun experience. 20 minute drive to Disney parks, lots of dining options close (or grocery stores if you prefer) to cook! The on propery waterpark was fun for both kids and adults to enjoy and relax. The gym is also a plus!Kids enjoyed the pool! Plenty of space for a family of 6!
