We stayed in the well-sized deluxe room with a private garden, a shower and bath with window. The property is new, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast consists of coffee, mainly sweets & fruits and was sufficient for us. There is space in the fridge for each of the 3 rooms. The next supermarket (MD) is located around the corner, a 2 minutes walk. Parking space is easy to find in the street. A walk to the city center takes around 15 minutes. We liked everything about the place, but especially our host Alessandro. He certainly is one of the kindest hosts we ever met, offering support in everything we needed or wanted to do. He immediately answered each message, arranged kind favours (if reasonable) and also arranged a wonderful boat trip for us. We will be back for sure! I am not writing and painting in a property´s guest book for everyone, but here I did it with pleasure!! :-)

I think the room looks a bit functional and could be more cosy with a bit of decoration. But this is just nitpicking.

Nuovo, pulito, fresco, silenzioso, proprietario presente e gentile, ottime indicazioni. Bagno con doccia e sanitari recenti e ben funzionanti.

Ausstattung sehr gut. Alles sauber. Modern eingerichtet. Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück wie gewünscht. Check-In perfekt.
