The apartment itself is really great and clean, also the location! Every detail inside the appartment just makes sense and the beds were comfy.
The person who received us was very accommodating at the beginning but there was a misunderstanding on how to get there and we were treated very poorly. Although I understand she was flexible, she had the wrong attitude.

La casa è in buone condizioni, non e vicino ne al mare ne al centro e intorno a parte l'Eurospin non cè molto. in macchina comunque vicino a diverse spiagge e ad Arbatax al porto c'è la coop. pescatori dove si può mangiare ottimo pesce senza prenotare e a buoni prezzi
la casa era pulita ma in un cassetto ho trovato un ciuccio e la copertina di un libro, visto che ho pagato 30 euro per la pulizia finale, l'avrà pagato anche il precedente inquilino quindi mi sarei aspettata una maggiore attenzione. per il letto a mio parere il materasso è da cambiare purtroppo c'era la fossa. la luce è saltata due volte in 5 giorni di soggiorno, all'inizio ho pensato che bello c'è la luce di emergenza, ma dopo un pò quel faro dava fastidio.
