Building is clean and in a very nice area. There are 2 parks within walking distance and there is beach access across from the parking lot pretty much. Pool was heated for us in late November. The home felt very spacious and clean. It's all updated and decorated very nicely. Everything worked. Shower and bathroom were good. Bed and everything else was clean and comfy. Carpet was fine. Refigerator was spacious. It's on the 2nd floor which was our preference. We were really surprised by all it had. There were inflatable beds, lots of extra clean linens, more dishes, pots and pans than you'll need, toaster, 2 different coffee machines, can opener, a breadmaker... They had beach chairs, kids boogie boards, toys, board games, and fun card games. All of it was very well thought out and just perfect for us. My sister rented a similar apartment in the same building and ours was just so much nicer and so much more functional. Whoever updated this place did a phenomenal job!

Everything! Condo was just perfect! Has a well- stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and family room, short walk to the beach, and awesome pool!
