About this farm stay rental
The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra, famous etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. It' s also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area.
The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. Outside there is a swimming pool and there is a big olive grove all around. There's also a nice barbeque area with space for eating and a children's play-ground.If you've your own pc you can use for free or wi-fi connection.
Only 5 minutes by car from agriturismo there's our craft brewery, Birrificio agricolo Poggio Rosso, where we produce beer with our cereal. There's also the tap room where you can taste them. In 20 minutes by car you can rent an e-bike (also guided tours !). Only 10 minutes by car there's a riding school for horseback rides
The apartment is located downstairs:
living room with cooking corner + double sofa-bed
n.1 double bedroom with double bed where we can add a single bed or a baby-cot
bath with shower
covered porch with table and chairs
Independent entrance.
The porch is covered from a ceiling of chestnut beams including table and chairs for relaxing times.
The ceiling is made of chestnut beams and the chandeliers and the lamps are in handmade "terracotta" and alabaster of Volterra.

We really loved the stay in the apartment. The communication with Katia was great and very uncomplicated, her husband came to check electricity in the night (heavy rain cut the electricity for WiFi).
The surrounding of the house is very nice and calm. Perfect for a stay to visit the nearby cities Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra (our preferred city).
Staying here is a strong recommendation. And also check the brewery Katia and her husband have opened 2 years ago. Amazing beer in the middle of the wine area - a great experience! We will come back, that is sure!

Morgens im gepflegten Pool schwimmen und danach Früstücken auf einer Terasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick.
Das Agriturismo liegt mitten in einer wundervollen Landschaft, nahe Volterra und San Gimignano. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem Garten verwöhnt.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung, die mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Katia und ihr Mann haben in der Nähe eine Brauerei und Biergarten mit Blick auf Volterra eröffnet. Hier sollte man auf jeden Fall gewesen sein.
Wer viel Landschaft und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.
