Excellent location. Big spacious room and bathroom. Easy communication with the host but only during the day. Emergency/night contact didn’t work. We had power cut during our stay.

Cleaning could be done better

The location was really good at one of the busy street of verona and only 5 min from the arena. The room size was ok and it was quite and nice place. at the beggining i didnt know that all the rooms are in one appartment. even it was suprising still it was really good experience. there is a nice common area where you can spend time. I can advice this accomadation with pleasure.

The location was excellent, and quiet. The bedlinen and towels were nice quality.

Aircon wasn’t working! It was unbearably hot as it was mid 30s outside. The mattress would benefit from a blanket or mattress protector on top of it as the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as only the sheet covered the mattress. Minor maintenance issues which would be easy to address: the shower head slipped down the riser bar so had to be hand held, the toilet seat was loose and wobbly, the plug on one of the bedside lights didn’t fit the socket so the light didn’t work.
