Clean spacious room, great central location

The staff were not overly friendly.

The biggest pro of this accommodation is the location as it is basically in the city center and if you have only one day to experience Tirana, this is perfect location. The appartment was also very well insulated so there was almost no noise coming from outside which was great because there is a bar in the same building and other bars and kafes around. Also, it was 34 degrees Celsius when we arrived to Tirana so air condition was our best friend :) There is dedicated parking space for each appartment but it takes a bit of patience and time as it may not be free all the time. We were specifically looking for accommodation with dedicated parking because parking is a big problem in Tirana.

The accommodation looks luxurious but on second sight it is visible that it is not very clean and not well maintained (loose water tap, smears on the walls, trash bin without lid, toilet flushing half working etc. It could be also equipped better, there is big wardrobe but no coat hangers on the walls. There is a kettle but no mugs. There is 1 chair but no table even though there was space for it in one corner. Small things that could make it better. Also, we got a different room than booked because there was some issue with water in the one that we booked, but this was communicated and we got compensated so no issue there. Traffic in Tirana is a topic for itself. If you are not used to it, choose accommodation further from city centre.

Location close to center

The area is centrally located but is in the middle of a non commercial area, more of a neighborhood than a city center. The hotel It is an Airbnb room that has an hotel name. Nobody at the reception, no breakfast, only the room and the key to the door of the building. The room has a sink and fridge and oven range. The “hotel” sits on top of a bar and the bar guys manage the “parking” which is, again, not a real parking. So they may keep the key to the car if it needs to be moved. Very friendly people them all and worked ok. Just don’t expect a traditional hotel w/ parking experience. It is not. Hot shower and AC worked very well
