Había que subir escaleras al 4to piso, no habia ascensor

Very new accommodation, in a central area, clean, smells nice, wifi is very fast, good quality of the body wash which is something rare in hospitality.

During check-in we had to wait at the entrance of the building and then at the entrance of the reception because nobody gave us instructions on how to enter the place. The initial code they gave us didn’t open the door, then they changed it and we could enter. They only provided one key for three people, when we asked if they could give us at least another one they said no. We asked for first aid kit but they said they don’t have it. During the daily clean, the cleaning staff moved all of our things, reorganizing inside our backpacks and mixing things between our bags; it never happened to us before that someone put their hands inside our personal things in a hotel room, it made us feel very uncomfortable.
