Non siamo riusciti ad aprire il balcone, tuttavia la vista era interna. Difficile capire quale sia la struttura poiché è un plesso di stanze in un palazzo di uffici (non ci sono cartelli). Tuttavia tramite cellulare siamo stati indirizzato correttamente

Bem bonitinho o apartamento. Chuveiro bom e o ar gelava bem.
O edifico, muito velho, os elevadores são absurdamente antigo e só cabem 2 pessoas sem mala ou mochila.

En interior de la habitación era perfecto para 4.
No sale exacta la dirección en el Google Maps y el taxi nos dejó a unos 5 min andando y tuvimos la suerte de dar con la persona q lo lleva y nos acompañó al alojamiento, que fue super educado y amable. Hasta llegar a la habitación es super complicado, menos mal q venía él con nosotros porque no sé cómo hubiésemos llegado hasta allí, y encima cargados de maletas.

New apartment in an older block of apartments, styling is done nicely and everything is working as well. Few minor damages on the floor and balcony but in general a good place to stay.
Few minor damages in the apartment itself, elevator carries only 2 people. The block is a bit older but seems okay.
