We liked the location, the terrace, the size of rooms, excellent breakfast and the hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful! We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine.
The four guest rooms each have a private bathroom but they are not en-suite, they are separate doors off the central hallway, each with an individual key. Although we were shocked at first, we managed quite well with the other guests at the time. I think making this clear in the booking.com write up would be helpful.

Good location, very good price for value, comfortable bed
The double room has one chair and one small table. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage was not even thrown out. Toilets in separate rooms and doors open/close very loudly. Funny little TV.
