About this bed and breakfast
Relaxing retreat on 16 acres of woods yet minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium. A quiet place to wind down.
The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, coyote, bobcat, snakes and birds as well as bugs. We use pest control on a regular basis but that does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.
Guests have access to a grill, fire pit and hammock. WiFi is available for your devices. CD player and record player/records are provided. No cable or television. Cell phone service is available if occasionally spotty. There is a security camera on our main residence. It does record but is not monitored 24/7. You will see the camera if you walk up to our main residence.
No cleaning fee.
Kitchenette has a microwave,toaster oven,coffeemaker, electric kettle, espresso machine coffee, tea, refrigerator, blender, dishes and utensils.
Owner does live on the property in a separate residence. I give my guests privacy but if complete seclusion is what you are looking for my place probably isn't for you.
There is a long driveway back to the studio so in the winter months all wheel or four wheel drive is recommended. I keep the driveway plowed but if a snow storm cones through it may take a bit to get a snow plow out to me for service.

Very quit except for the occasional dogs barking in the distance. Nice wildlife. Deers in the mornings and birds visible out of the windows.

Loved every thoughtful detail! View was awesome, location was peaceful and bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was a wonderful place, just not very private. You are staying in someone front yard. It was very cozy.
