Central location, close to station
To get to the living space, you have to go up very steep and tiny wooden staircase. Terrible if you have luggage or are elderly / bad knees

Very clean and spacious - close to train station and restaurants. Attention to detail regarding amenities provided.
More about items to be aware of- steps to the apartment are steep (vs what you would expect in the States) which is typical of traditional accommodations in Holland. Also you can lock the apartment door when you are present but cannot lock it when you leave. Security is provided by the entrance door to the street.

Location was great. Very close to Amsterdam Central Train station which made getting there very easy. Instructions for checking in and getting the keys was perfect. Bed was comfortable and everything we needed was thoughtfully available

Great location and quiet room.
The stairs are very steep, so you do need to be careful especially with luggage.
