Außenbereich etwas lieblos, Pool ungepflegt, Außenbeleuchtung ungemütlich, Bäder funktional, nicht dem Preis entsprechend, Kleiderschränke zum Teil ohne Innenleben, eine Terassentür ließ sich nicht verschließen , Mobiliar teils sehr zusammengewürfelt.
