The Casa Principal is located on a 15,000 m² plot on the Finca Son Catiu and has a living area of approximately 120 m², consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). You enter the house directly through the newly designed dining room of the, which is also new, fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the new shower room, with a large walk-in shower. Continue to the directly adjacent reading and TV room. From here you get into the master bedroom with bathroom es-suite (with double sink, bath, shower and toilet). Two further bright bedrooms follow in the connection. Wi-Fi available.

Ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Ort. Wunderbar zum entspannen und ideal gelegen. Zudem sind Iris und Guido äusserst freundliche und angenehme Verwalter, alles hat prima geklappt. Dankeschön!

Die Villa besticht durch ihre idyllische Lage, inmitten einer mediterranen Landschaft, von der man in dunklen Winternaechten traeumt. Sie ist sehr gut konzipiert, eine Mischung von traditionell und modern, aber immer funktionell, komfortabel und sauber. Die grosszuegig eingerichteten Schlafzimmer, die Badezimmer im suedlaendischen Stil und das luftige Esszimmer sprechen fuer sich. Rund um die Villa gibt es viel Platz, um Sonne als auch Schatten zu geniessen. Die Betreung durch Bina und Ingo war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Natuerlich kommen wir wieder.
