About this cottage rental
Completely renovated and independent semi-detached typical Mallorcan rustic house with pool.
It is located on the first floor with entrance from an external staircase on a private gated and fenced plot. Of approx. 520 m2 of plot. Magnificent exterior with flowers and plants, spacious and comfortable with a 5x10m pool with hammocks, barbecue, chill out area with garden furniture, outdoor barbecue. 1 bathroom with shower next to the pool, parking area.
In the interior area, approximately 180 m2, there are 3 double rooms and 1 single, with 1 double bed and 5 single beds. The living room opens onto the terrace from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the town and its fortress. It is equipped with television, video, DVD and satellite television. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, utensils, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, oven...There is an ironing board, iron, washing machine. ...and both towels and sheets are included. With 2 bathrooms in the house.
In most parts of the house, there are hot and cold air machines.
We have good Wi-Fi (300 MB upload and download), which facilitates both leisure and teleworking.
Artá has recently been named Cittaslow, an international quality seal awarded to very few Spanish municipalities. The high quality of life, heritage, gastronomy, nature and art are valued, making Artá a benchmark for beauty and knowing how to live. If you visit our town, you can find charming cobblestone streets, whose center is car-free. If you go up to the fortified sanctuary of San Salvador you will have spectacular views of the town, accessing the path that borders its wall inside. Every Tuesday we have a market, where there are stalls with typical Mallorcan food, crafts as well as farmers selling their fruits and vegetables collected from their fields. In addition, a wide range of cuisine is offered that satisfies demanding palates. It also has natural and historical spaces in its surroundings, for example, the archaeological site of the Talayotic town, Ses Païsses, or the numerous hiking and cycling routes offered by the Levante Natural Park, a protected nature reserve, with unforgettable landscapes and a wealth of plant and animal species. A 5-minute drive away is the beach, where you can do nautical activities (diving, water skiing, jet skis, scuba diving) and there are 4 golf courses nearby.
Artá has a great cultural, historical and gastronomic wealth where patios, terraces and walks lead the visitor to feel sensations and live unique experiences.

Schönes Landhaus mit großem Pool für entspannten Urlaub abseits der Touristenorte. Die sehr schöne Stadt Arta mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 min. mit dem Auto erreicht, Cala Radjada in etwa 20 min.
Schöne Strände sind in ca. 15-20 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen - der nächstgelegene (allerdings in den Ferien völlig überfüllte Strand) ist in 10 min. zu erreichen.

la finca est très agréable.Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire avec nos quatre enfants qui se sont régalé!! la maison , la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et les propriétaires sympatiques.
Nous espérons d'ailleurs venir en 2017.

Als unkomplizierte Familie mit 3 Kindern und einem befreundeten Ehepaar haben wir 2 Wochen in dieser rustikalen Finca mit wundervollem Blick auf Arta zugebracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Für die Kinder war der Pool ein Highlight, aber auch viele schöne Strände sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt (Cala Torta, Cala Angulla, Cala Mesquida u.v.m.)
Im Garten ist ein großer Grillplatz mit Spüle, um eventuell Fisch zu putzen o.Ä. Wunderbar ist auch die überdachte Lounge mit Blick auf den Pool.
Das Grundstück selbst ist von außen nicht einsehbar, das große Tor am Eingang ist sogar abschließbar.
Die Vermieter sind stets bei allen Fragen und Problemen zur Stelle und helfen einem schnell und unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise neuwertig, aber teilweise auch schon offensichtlich älter. Auch bellt der Nachbarhund ab und zu und die Hähne in der Nachbarschaft krähen, aber für uns gehört das zum Landleben dazu ;-) Wen das nicht stört, wird hier wunderschöne Ferien verbringen. Wir werden das Haus jedenfalls noch einmal mieten. Auf dem Satellitenbild sieht man in der direkten Nachbarschaft einen großen Kreis, wir hatten schon Angst, dass dort eine Autorennbahn o.Ä. ist, aber es ist nur eine private Trainingsbahn für Pferde. also keine Panik.

Vom treffen an der vereinbarten Stelle, bis hin zur schnellen Reparatur einer Dusche hat alles super geklappt! Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer zu erreichen! Wir würden es weiter empfehlen!
