Finca La Siesta - Villa in Betlem, Mallorca

Sehr großes Grundstück, Pool und viel Raum zum ausbreiten und sitzen. Mehrere Terrassen, immer ein Ort der Windstill ist. Betlem sehr kleines und schickes Dorf.

Anfahrt nach Betlem ist sehr eng, leider Kakerlaken im Haus und Stechmücken, unbedingt Köter und Fallen vorher kaufen. 1. Tür war nicht richtig zu machbar und die Spülung draußen hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

L’emplacement et bien exposé entre la mer et la montagne

Beautiful views of the Alcudia Bay can be seen from every floor of the house as well as from the swimming pool at the top of a very charming garden. The pool has a generous size and offers enough space around it for many sunchairs. I was happy to have two fridges (medium one in the kitchen and the huge one in a heating/washing room). The kitchen is comfortably equipped. The air condition works very well at 37C-heat. The agency employees were very friendly and responded immediately to our requests.

At the arrival we were not received by any hosts, just used a key box and didn’t get any local tips. All the beds in the house were very hard with rather thin mattresses. We were surprised to see a small house of 60m2 (living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms) plus 25 m2 (two bedrooms and a bathroom outside of the main house), as we read in a description it’s 200m2-house. The house is in a serious need of a refurbishment. Upon my request a long list of basic maintenance works were carried out. Pity it wasn’t conducted before our arrival. At some point I stopped reporting serious issues, because I didn’t want to deal with workers in my holiday time. The driveway was being blocked several times by Spanish visitors to the local beach, so we were grounded. In order to get to the local dream beach one almost has to be a rock climber, it’s very dangerous. The closest shop is about 10mins drive away. Late eating out is close impossible, this area functions according to German eating habits.
