About this cottage rental
Our house is located on a farm with a fantastic old house completely renovated, with pool, garden, ..., in one of the best paradises of Mallorca: the beautiful and quiet town of Artà.
From the farm you can access different charming places in the Northeast area of the island such as Capdepera, Canyamel, Cala Mesquida, Colònia de Sant Pere, the hermitage of Betlem, Artà ... where you will enjoy a very varied and excellent quality gastronomic offer, as well as enjoy its virgin beaches such as its mountains and monuments.
Its location and its amenities is ideal for a family vacation.
And if you are a nature lover, you like hiking, cycling or running, you will have everything at the same door of your new home. The Vía Verde, which connects the towns of Artà with Manacor, passes through 200 meters, passing through Son Servera, Son Carrió, Sant Llorenç. All the route without bothering the traffic.
All this is only 50 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca (50 minutes by car), with its always majestic monumental buildings, such as La Seu (the Cathedral), the Palace of l'Almudaina, the gardens of S'Hort del Rei or Bellver Castle.
After an intense day, relax at home with the pool, enjoying your favorite drinks and a tasty dinner in good company, cooked on the barbecue or in the modern kitchen of the house.
Being a few minutes from the town you will feel in total tranquility with the typical sounds of the Mallorcan countryside such as sheep cowbells or other typical country noises.
In the house you will find detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as toilet paper, hand soap and some charcoal for the barbecue. We will also lend you pool towels so you don't have to bring them in your suitcases.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this finca- we can honestly say this is the best Villa experience we have had. The finca is stunning, comfortable, spacious and presented to a high standard. Beds are comfortable and we all slept well. One bedroom is downstairs and does not have air conditioning but the owner supplied a fan which we needed due to the heat wave! Garden and pool area are beautiful and quiet with lovely views and no other houses close by. We enjoyed the seclusion. Arta is only 5 mins by car or a 25 mins walk and the Via Verde is close and you can walk or run. Beaches 15-20 drive. Toni the owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly sorted the couple of minor issues we had. We loved it here and had an amazing holiday. Would thoroughly recommend. We will be back!

Wir haben im April 2 wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht. Die Finca und das Grundstück sind top gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und waren jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Küche ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgestattet (Toaster, elektrische Saftpresse, Zerkleinerer, etc). Nur fanden wir, dass zu wenig Gläser und Tassen für 6 Personen da waren. Man will ja im Urlaub nicht ständig spülen. Aber das war wirklich nur ein kleines "Problem".
Die Finca liegt super günstig, um den Osten und Süden der Insel zu erkunden. Die naheliegende Strände (Cala Agulla, Cala Torta, etc) sind traumhaft und in maximal 30min erreichbar. Nach Arta sind es nur 5 min mit dem Auto und der Ort und auch der Wochenmarkt jeden Dienstag sind sehr sehenswert!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Toni und Isabella für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.
