Easy walking to city, Victoria Street, Merivale, Riccarton, Hagley Park and hospital. Animals maybe welcome. Please ask.
Close to all Christchurch amenities 2 minutes from Hagley Park, Mona Vale, Avon River, shops, restaurants and bars Museum, Art Gallery etc
Brand new spacious townhouse with large entertaining areas, b-b-que and courtyards. Quiet, tranquil but close to Hagley Park, golf course, City, Mona Vale and Merivale, the perfect setting for your holiday! I’m and central.
Close to everything the house is light, airy, brand new and has all the mod cons. Respect is expected for the contents. Warm, sunny, broadband, Netflix, etc---
Kitchen is a dream and two living spots, large deck for sun and entertaining, Bedrooms are all double with queen beds but are are on the small size. Pleaserespect the home and contents. thank you

Lovely property. Earthquake damage did not affect our stay. Very peaceful and private. Would be fantastic in the summer to sit in the lovely treed courtyard with a wine of an evening.
