Charming and filled with character, this quaint 1910's villa follows a beautiful modern contemporary design. With a two-toned style of exposed rimu timber complemented with a clean white finish alongside a variety of art pieces through the home, you will feel completely at ease.
Walk outside and find yourself surrounded by gorgeous botanical gardens with the smell of fresh roses in the air. Take a seat at the outdoor dining area and enjoy a glass of wine as you prepare dinner on the BBQ.
Sleeping up to 6 guests across four bedrooms, you can be sure that you will be well taken care of, and with enough space to bring your furry friends, you'll have all the company you need to enjoy your stay. Don't forget you can bring your furry friends too! The bach is pet friendly.
Centrally located, you'll be nearby to all the major Christchurch attractions. Head out for the day to the Hagley Golf Club for an 18-round or head into the city and try out the local cafes and restaurants, theres even a patisserie just a 10-minute walk away.

Perfect location and home for us thank you We had trouble with the kitchen hob not working consistently - but didn't impact too much and thx for the heads up on leak in master ensuite

excellent beautiful HomeOld-fashioned set up large bedrooms, big kitchen and big dining roomThe only issue that we had was there was no hot water in the kitchen I recommend this place to anybody

Was a beautiful property that had lots of space and was well presented.
We did a lot of back and forwards between places and it was a great location for our needs.
