Unterkunft war mit Blick auf Preis/Leistung ok, etwa Sandard; kleine Mall, Liquor Store in der Nähe; Zentrum und Hagley Park fußläufig (für jemanden, der gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist, ist alles gut erreichbar); großzügiges Parkplatzangebot
Poblem, dass aber dem Vermieter nicht angelastst werden kann: feierwütige, rücksichtslose Gäste, die die location ausgenutzt und die ganze Nacht gefeiert/die Türen geknallt und wie wild gevögelt haben....dem Vermieter ist es nach dem zweiten Vorfall gelungen, solche Gäste fermzuhalten...

Handy to everything, very reasonably priced
Wasn't very clean... hair on the tea towel and dirt and dust on skirting and bed edges. Spills on furniture and old ice creams from last occupants still in the freezer
