This mountain home (registration number 3428) is built around an original cabin dating back to the early 1900s, and features a fully-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a furnished patio near the sounds of the stream, passing hummingbirds, and mountain views.
This rental is located next to the Roosevelt National Forest. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indian Peaks Wilderness are each just minutes away. Wild Basin Lodge is only nine short miles from the rental, making it easy to experience any nearby events.
Guests can also bike along the Peak to Peak highway, visit Estes Park, or head into Boulder where you can explore the wares of the Pearl Street Mall. It's all a short 45 minute drive away.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

House is well stocked with everything you will need. It's clean. In a great location. I would give a 5 star but there are couple of things that need improvement. There is a mildew issue in the bathroom. It really needs to be addressed. Some bug issues, ants in kitchen, killed two moths and a cricket. Last, reservations are done by a 3rd party property management group and you have no contact with the owners. This is fine, except we were ghosted by the PM contact at the end of our visit, which was disappointing.
