Location, size, comfort, price all excellent.
TV wasn't connected although this wasn't a major issue. Would have liked to have seen some local TV.

Superb Location, In the downtown. Spacious, modern apartment with all the amenities you need. Nice host. Would definitely recommend this apartment and come back to the same place again.

Large, newly renovated apartment close to city center yet in a very quite environment. Quite fast and active communication with owner.
Access to the apartment, especially in the dark, is a bit scary as you need to climb up something like a ladder in what is looking like a barn from the 19th century. Owner was not able, or, at the beginning, willing to issue an invoice. Also accused me wrongly of not having paid the city tax. That might be for a lack of experience in room rental, hope and trust it will improve over the years.
