This Grade II listed, detached house is in the centre of the village of Edenhall in Cumbria and sleeps up to fourteen people in six bedrooms.

Six bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 2 x extra large double beds (one with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC - can be separated into 2 singles upon request), 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed, 2 x second floor twin (one with pull-out stacker bed). There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage.
