About this apartment rental

Lovely holiday apartment in the La Senia development in Javea. Close to the Arenal beach, the Port and the old town.

This modern-feel apartment sleeps 4 people, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and is situated in the tranquil grounds of the La Senia development. La Senia is a secure, gated development, ideal for families, and the grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped. There are 2 pools (one of which is only a few metres from the garden gate), and is quiet and relaxing, even in peak season.

A few minutes walk from the apartment are some wonderful beachside bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance is the nearby Port, Marina, Old Town as well as the famous Arenal beach with it's many family-friendly bars and restaurants.
The closest beach is pebbled, and is where the beach bars and 'chiringuitos' are located. The beach at the Port is also pebbled and the Arenal beach is a beautiful sandy beach.

The apartment comes with dedicated underground parking, lift access to the apartment, modern air conditioning in both bedrooms plus your own private garden with gated access the pool area.

This apartment is modern with a homely feel - the kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, kettle, microwave), and the living room has TV with UK TV (via Magbox) and local channels, plus a DVD player and selection of DVD's and a bluetooth speaker system. We also have 100Mb fibre optic broadband.

Fantastic holiday in Javea. Apt in a great location in the middle of the triangle of the beach 🏝️ port 🚤 and old town. Most of the restaurants were brilliant and definitely plenty going on for all ages. Keith was very good communicating arrangements before arrival. Would definitely return

This is our second time staying here …. It is just perfect …. Good sized rooms … Aircon in Lounge and bedrooms … English TV ….. everything you could need ….. good outside space and plenty of shade … About 30 steps away from the pool which is the most amazingly refreshing pool and in a beautiful setting …. There were children in the pool at times but we found plenty of time when the children were eating or siesta time (Spanish children) when we could swim without children and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves…. Underground car park keeps the car cool and we LOVE how safe the place feels because the security is brilliant… Julie (the person who meets you there) looks after you well and is always contactable There is an iceland shop walking distance and numerous supermarkets to choose from a short drive away but our fave for quality was “Mercadona” We visited Moriara and Denia and Calpe … all gorgeous …. Javea Port is beautiful and we eat out in numerous restaurants… Deffo visit “Acqua” on L’arenal …. AMAZING food and my Husband had their Mixed Grill on a hot plate and Loved it so much we eat there again …. If you love mixed grill its a MUST…. Bacchus is also amazing for steak on a hot stone …. And also “The Wok” … all you can eat for €15.95 … Their Hot and sour soup is the best Ive ever had and the staff are brilliant… “Lancashire Bruja” do a brilliant English Breakfast although they do get very busy as its popular … AMAZING HOLLIDAY. ❤️

Lovely ground floor apartment, nice secluded garden / terrace area with plenty of room to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Direct access to the pool . The kitchen was well equipped , the en-suite bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. Underground parking was handy to keep the car cool. Great location for supermarkets and a 10 / 15 walk to bars and restaurants. Communication during and after booking was excellent with Keith the owner.

We enjoy a long stay in javea every year and booked for six weeks. The accommodation is clean and modern with every facility needed. Short walk along the seafront to javea port or the arenal and a seafront bar and restaurant a five minute walk away. Excellent communication from our host and property manager. Simply could not fault it.

We really enjoyed our stay, here. It is a bright, cool and comfortable property. The fact that the pool was a few metres from the garden was perfect for nipping in and out for a dip. It was very hot so the proximity of the pool was very welcome. Communication with the owner from the start has been excellent. We would definitely return. I would encourage anyone who may be interested in this location to book!

Good central location for walking to port, old town and beach areas. Clean and modern, reliable wifi. Central heating (important for winter stays) as well as aircon for hot weather. The complex and the apartment itself felt secure and peaceful. Very helpful owner who responds quickly to any questions. Hope to stay here again.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment as we had a brilliant stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location and is clean , safe, nicely decorated and has everything you would need amenities wise. The free linen change half way through a 2 week stay was also a lovely touch. The Pool in fact the whole resort of Javea and Arenal is predominately Spanish so it meant we had pool to ourselves most days between 3 - 6 at siesta time. Location to the pool was perfect as meant nipping sunbeds out wasn’t a hassle. Keith was amazingly helpful and made the experience effortless and stress free as we normally book via tour operator and so was Julie who was our contact whilst there and again couldn’t do enough for us. Javea and Arenal has some lovely restaurants . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Javea. The Apartment in La Senia is perfectly located within the resort, 10 mins walk to the lovely Port area and not much further takes you to the beautiful Old Town or Arenal Beach - plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes in each area and along the way. The apartment was perfect for us (family of 4) - spacious, modern, spotless and very homely with everything you could need. The patio was great for dining alfresco with direct access to the pool and gardens. Keith the owner was great in providing lots of information and responding very quickly to any queries we had and Julie who met us at the apartment to provide access was also lovely and very helpful! We couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough and hope to return again!

Very clean apartment with all the essentials. Would have expected a Welcome Pack with at least some water. Met by a Spanish speaker, not English as expected. Beach nearby was a pebble beach but near the port area with very nice restaurants The Arenal was a 5 minute drive away, so very accessible. The owners were extremely good offering us a discount as the pool near tha apartment was being repaired. We had a lovely week.

Keith was very helpful with booking and arranging to arrive at the apartment, apartment was very clean and modern with nice decor and all equipment needed for our stay, aircon was fabulous as it was scorching hot, shade and table in the garden was very welcome for breakfast and meals, showers were always hot, tv etc were easy to use and Uk tv available which was good for watching the World Cup ha ha, security was fantastic and we always felt very safe and having the underground car park meant the car was always cool. The pool was absolutely amazing and we never wanted to come out of it....... the trees and permenant umbrellas around the pool gave lovely shade ...... overall an amazing stay and we are already thinking of rebooking for a short stay. Highly recommend this apartment and complex Mrs Eagle

Keith was very helpful throughout the booking answering my many emails almost as soon as I sent them. The apartment was spotless and everything in it was top class. The garden and patio with a nice glass of wine was lovely after a hard day at the beach! The position of the apartment, mid-way between the port area and old town and the beach gives you the best of both worlds. We loved every one of our 3 week stay.

Renting this apartment was very straight forward from beginning to end. We received all relevant information in a timely fashion prior to arriving at the property. We thought the apartment was lovely, modern and clean. We also found the communal areas to be well maintained. The apartment is in a great location to explore arenal beach, the port and old town of Javea. I would certainly recommend this property and owners direct to anybody.

We stayed for five months during the winter in this lovely apartment at La Senia while we looked for property to buy in Jeava. We found the apartment very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a long stay and the gas central heating kept the apartment warm and cosy. There is a nice patio/garden area, south facing to enjoy eating outside. We hardly used the car when staying at La Senia as it is within easy walking distance to shops (Iceland opposite) and the port area with plenty of restaurants and bars. The owners provided prompt communication when needed and speedy help if we had a problem. We would recommend this apartment as a lovely holiday let or for longer winter stays.

Great booking experience with really helpful owner. Met his lovely house keeper when we arrived who showed us around and gave us a booklet of everything we needed to know. Unlike a lot of apartments this one is large, modern and stylish. Two good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining table and lovely large secluded patio/garden area with table and chairs. One of the 2 large pools it just 50' from the gate and the grounds are beautifully kept. Being the end of the season the weather was perfect and the complex not busy. I loved the security aspect. Locks on all external gates. Electric gates to the underground parking and even a lock system on the lifts to get to and from the parking area all made you feel very safe and secure. The apartment has great air conditioning and the best Wifi I've ever had in Spain which is very handy as the TV has very limited English channels so use the filmon.tv app/website and you can watch all your favourites shows via the wifi. We cooked a couple of nights but there's loads of restaurants and takeaways very close by and there are 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. I really can't fault this place and have recommended it via my Facebook page to everyone. Being an owner myself on Owners Direct I know what I expect. .... Thank you Keith... We'll be back.

The property is exactly as outlined on the website. A beautiful fully equipped apartment making it a home from home experience. We received fantastic customer service from the owner both prior to and after our booking, nothing was too much hassle. The town of Javea is immaculate, with friendly locals and glorious weather. Its the perfect place if you want to recharge the batteries. We will definitely be back.

Very well furnished and equipped. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to supermarkets and various other shops. If you want to use the swimming pool it is just outside the courtyard garden gate and is very safe for young children. Sitting on the patio in the late afternoon or evening with a glass or two of wine was a real pleasure. Also we enjoyed our visits to the local restaurants which are five minutes walk away along the beach front. The Port and Marina with its many shops and a good choice of restaurants and bars is approximately a ten minute walk. The Arenal beach is about a twenty minute walk or five minutes by car. This is a very sandy beach and very safe, therefore ideal for families. It has an excellent range of restaurants, shops and bars and other activities such as beach games and water sports. The historic old town is well worth a visit with its narrow streets and it's full of character. It is 15 minutes walk but bear in mind that it is situated up a slight hill so best avoided in the heat of mid-day but is easily accessible by car. The owner was very helpful and provided good customer service. We highly recommend this lovely apartment and we will certainly be returning there very soon.

Lovely apartment to stay. Terrace and garden (with sunbeds) are great to sit and relax (stays cool), location is perfect in the middle of Javea (beach Arenal, beachfront and harbour on walking distance. The apartment is very good equipped, bed/chair for children was provided, very clean and has all practicalities you need for a holiday (even some beach equipment like chairs and towels)

Alojamiento perfectamente ubicado...entre la zona del puerto y el Arenal.Nos pillaba más cerca el puerto y nos gustaba más por ser más ambiente de pueblo que la zona del arenal, más explotado para el turismo y más extranjeros,así que en un paseo n de 10 minutos estábamos en el paseo maritimo disfrutando de todos los establecimientos y restaurantes de la zona, con precios asequibles, tapas y un trato excelente en todos ellos. La urbanización es excelente, con seguridad, tranquilidad y con la piscina en frente. El bajo, increible ....grande, espacioso y con un.porche que ha hecho nuestras delicias ,ya que desayunamos, comíamos y todo en la calle y aunq estaba al lado de la piscina, tenía mucha intimidad. Repetiremos SEGURO!!! Y Julie , un encanto y todo facilidades a la hora de coger y dejar las llaves. Gracias por unas vacaciones de 10!!!!

Very clean and spacious appartment. The best you can get. The amazing swimmingpool is just a few steps away from the well equipped garden. Little chairs for the swimminpool and beach are available. very luxurious. In the port are lots of fine restaurants and it’s a nice walk. Thanks Keith for your hospitality and quick answers.
