About this villa rental
Wonderful independent villa with garden and quiet. 1km away from the Zingaro nature reserve and the tuna Scopello, surrounded by nature between the hills and the sea near the ancient beam of Scopello. An ideal place for lovers of the sea and relaxation. Far from the noise of civilization is rediscovering the pleasure of nature in a garden overlooking the sea of the Gulf largest in Sicily.
In the enclosed garden you will find ancient olive trees and vegetation typical of Trapani, small palm trees, laurel trees, a pomegranate ... a beautiful plant caper in summer showcases of beautiful flowers ... a small fig tree that every year there It does taste its fruits ...
Two large pergolas offer a relaxing area protected from the sun where you can eat during the day and evening. Under the pergola smaller is the kitchen, equipped with barbecue, table top and sink.
An outdoor shower with 5 jets of fresh water is ideal for bathing returning from the sea.
At the entrance of the garden there is a large area dedicated to the car park.
The house inside is very cozy. On entering there is a living area with a kitchen equipped with everything point, table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace for the winter. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower) offer the possibility to stay comfortably in 6 people. In all the house windows have mosquito nets and in the bedrooms there are ceiling fans.

Viviana's house is just wonderful! Splendid views, tasteful design, and everything you need is there. The beautiful village of Scopello and the beach are nearby. We had a great Easter week there with our 3 kids!

Viviana è una ragazza molto gentile, attenta, professionale e sempre pronta a venire incontro alle esigenza dei suoi ospiti.
La casa è in posizione dominante con una vista sul mare stupenda e in un posto molto tranquillo e fresco di notte
La casa è dotata di un giardino grande con tutte le comodità.
Siamo stati molto bene e consigliamo il posto per chi volesse visitare quarta parte della Sicilia

Wir - 5 Mädels - erlebten wunderbare Tage auf Sizilien. Das Ferienhaus ist für "italienische Vermietungsobjekte" voll ok - der Blick sensationell und die Abwicklung war vollkommen unproblematisch. Scopello und Umgebung empfanden wir als eher untouristisch und urig. Wir würden wiederkommen.

"...man erwartet bei diesem Preis (1.300 € im Sommer) mehr als einziges Weinglas, braun-fleckige Bettwäsche, einen widerlich stinkenden Kühlschrank, in dem zentimeterhoch das Wasser steht, und einen ungepflegten Garten mit Müllecken. Die Entfernungsangaben sind falsch, alles ist 2-3 mal weiter entfernt. Der sehr kleine Ort Scopello wimmelt von Touristen. Im parco naturale "Lo Zingaro" kann man nicht wandern. Es gibt vom Süden aus nur einen Zugang (3 km vom Haus entfernt), dort muss man Eintritt zahlen und kann sich dann in die Schlange der Touristen einreihen, die zu den Stränden gehen. Der 2.Strand im Park (50 min vom Eingang) lohnt sich aber sehr, ebenso die noch weiter entfernten Strände."
