Casa Rosemont is one of TEN villas available for holiday rental from La Nueva Villa Collection. The villa is located within a peaceful cul-de-sac, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It’s a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you and simply relax during your holiday.
Casa Rosemont has a private garden surrounded by high walls and a 8m x 4m heated pool. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a covered barbeque dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior. Guest satisfaction is a priority and we ensure your stay with us is safe, comfortable and above all memorable. We are on hand to support you during your stay and are only a phone call away if needed.

Villa ideally situated in a quiet location but still easily accessible by foot to main resort facilities, taxis also a good option, has all the amenities required for a great holiday, inside and outside, a heated pool with sunloungers and a lovely covered terrace to retreat back to when wanting some shade

Situated in pleasent quiet location. Villa spacious, clean. Pool requires new cover. Hot tub worked satisfactory but was very dated. Beds comfortable.

A great area but the villa does need a bit of updating… Terry the property manager was very helpful and communication with him was faultless.

We stayed in Feb and the villa was really top class.
The facilities were brilliant, well maintained and close to all amenities without being 'busy'.
The property manager, Terry, was great and made us feel like we were at home.
