About this house rental
A small, modern complex with several Holiday homes, centrally in Tias.
Environmentally friendly: electricity, swimming pool water and water heating via solar energy.
The Holiday home face south and have a wind-protected terrace with an awning, so ideal for sun worshippers.
A communal, large, healthy heated salt water swimming pool with free sun loungers.
Free internet fibre optic Wi-Fi 6 Mesh.
There are various bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby.
Holiday home: (non-smoking, no pets)
Up to 3 persons, size: 28 m², living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, 7 m² terrace.
Double bed 1.45 m, sofa bed 1.40 m, dining table and terrace table with 2 chairs.
Location: Directly at the corridor
Equipment:
-fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer compartment, instruction hob, oven/grill, microwave
-Washing machine (charge of €3 per wash), clothes horse with clamps
-32-inch flat screen TV with satellite connection
-Bathroom: a large shower, space for 2 people
-Fire extinguisher and smoke detector
-Safe (fee €1 per day)
-toilet paper, rubbish bags and soap (only at the beginning)
-Towels and bed linen
-Free internet fibre optic Wi-Fi 6 mesh
-Large double insulated PVC windows with roller shutters to enjoy a quiet holiday season
-Broom & dustpan, washing up liquid with cloth, tea towel.
Upon request and availability:
-Toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, hoover, mop with bucket

Posizione centrale nell’isola, zona tranquilla in un paesino con comunque disponibilità di supermercato e tutto ciò di cui si può avere generalmente bisogno.
Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
Presenti anche una piscina e campo da bocce che non urtano anche se mai personalmente usate.

Die Wohnungen sind gut eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, da auf der Insel vieles schnell erreichbar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

This was a very nice apartment for 2 people. Very good furnishings and very helpful owners. Some standard items were available at extra cost (safe, Sky sat, parking) and cutlery and crockery were minimal but good quality.
