Apartamento con vistas al oceano

Centrally located, perfect for my needs. Fantastic views of the surrounding area and sea. On arrival the Internet wasn’t working and I needed this for work but after contacting the host, it was fixed within 24hrs. The cooker is fabulous and easy to keep clean. The bed is very comfortable.

Sadly, the place is a bit tired looking. No microwave. The place was also quite dusty on arrival. In the main it was clean but I had to wash all the kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Cupboard doors would resolve this issue. I also cleaned the plant leaves which had thick coats of dust on them. Outside furniture needs replaced, patio chairs are rusty, the sun-bed cushions need replaced as they were dirty and worn. The property would benefit from a pool cover because the pool became very dirty and unappealing after only a few days. No instructions on how to use the outside awning or appliances. Toilet seat loose. I’d go back but only if these issues were resolved. The shower hits the fabric blind which was discoloured from water damage and needs replaced. The bottom of the blind in the small seated area in the bedroom was mouldy and needs replaced. The hot water takes some time to come through but this was a minor issue.

My partner and I stayed here recently and had such an amazing time. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including cutlery, a washing machine, cooking facilities, blankets and books etc attention to detail from the hosts is appreciated. The decoration in the house was modern and beautiful and exactly what we wanted. There are excellent views of the mountains which are seen from the kitchen window, and views of the ocean seen from the patio door. We hired a rental car while staying in Lanzarote, the villa is around a 10 minute drive to Puerto del Carmen and 15 minute drive to Arrecife which makes it an excellent base. The patio gets sun all day, and we made use of the sun loungers which were a really nice touch. We didn’t use the pool as it was a bit cold during our stay, however it still added a lovely atmosphere to the space and made it feel very relaxing. The hosts could not have been more helpful or kind. They were easy to contact throughout and even came to meet us, which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing stay in a beautiful place we would happily return!

Lo stile , la posizione , la cura dei dettagli. L’host è sicuramente una persona attenta e ha attrezzato l’appartamento con tutto il necessario di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno .

Un consiglio : metterei una tenda divisoria tra zona giorno e zona notte

La ubicación del alojamiento, pese a estar alejado de la playa, es buena. Tiene acceso a la carretera principal de Lanzarote al lado, aunque eso no afecta a ruidos. Desde el alojamiento se tarda máximo 35 minutos a casi cualquier punto de la isla. Además, el alojamiento está bastante bien equipado y decorado y la cama es súper cómoda.

Hemos tenido hormigas varios días en el alojamiento y hay un problema de olores importante, ya que el retrete está abierto al resto de la casa (algo incomprensible para mí) y tienen un problema con el sifón del retrete que hace que huela todo el rato a cañerías. Además, los 4 primeros días de nuestra estancia saltaron los plomos de la casa aunque no teníamos nada encendido (de hecho 3 de los 4 días saltaron sin estar nosotros en la casa). La piscina, muy bonita en fotos, no llega a la cintura.
