A Historical House in the heart of Santa Teresa: charming, very well equipped, with two bedrooms, living room with American kitchen, mezzanines in the 3 rooms, bathroom, laundry, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room (3 ares), and a balcony with an open view of the valley and the immense blue sky!
Located right in Largo dos Guimarães, the best point of Santa Teresa, where are the main bars and restaurants of the neighborhood and where is the end point of the tram.
The Historic Sobrado is the second floor of a very charming house, preserved by the Historical Patrimony, built at the beginning of the last century, 50 meters from Largo dos Guimarães, the main point of Santa Teresa, where most of the bars and restaurants are located. the only cinema in the neighborhood.
As characteristic architecture of the time, has right foot of 4.5 meters. We took advantage of this vertical space to make mezzanines. It was a very comfortable and interesting house, with two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony with hammock and mini laundry.
The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and on the mezzanine a single bed.
The single room was my daughter's room, so it has a feminine decoration, with dressing table, closet, little stool, and a single bed in the mezzanine.
The living room has a fully equipped American kitchen (induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans ...), bar tables, and a single bed and chest of drawers in the mezzanine.
The two bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned. It is airy and with a free view.
