Nice clean hotel, excellent customer service provided. All staff very attentive including new trainee Patty. Room making staff very good.
Lobby is not air conditioned, it misses five star ratings.

The rooms are smaller than what they look like on pictures. Housekeeping is terrible. They don’t clean and I was given dirty sheets which I couldn’t exchange cause housekeeping had knocked off by the time I went to bed. Lots of noise at night/in the am’s
