    The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Exceptional service, top-notch facilities, and impressive attention to detail—from 12 hangers in the room, glass-bottled mineral water, and three sets of each type of towel to air conditioning that stays on even when you're out, keeping the room cool at all times. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious food, including halal options, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The stunning swimming pool, surrounded by lush garden vibes, offers breathtaking views, while the infinity pool blends beautifully with the beach, making the entire stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

    Hotel's choice of breakfast was very good with many varieties. Staff are trained well to look after guests with almost all able to communicate in fairly good English. The location is not bad but that really depends what you are looking for. Its a little away (not too much) from the shops and entertainment area such as Bangla Street but for those who prefer quiet and peace it can be a good choice. I opted for a ocean facing view and we liked it. The ocean facing rooms are a little further away of the hotel front desk and are closer to the sea and the main road. The sun rises very early at about 6am and the grass cutters came to trim the trees with chain saw immediately after sun rise at about 6.30am. It was super noisy. They are not hotel staff but are meant to keep the public areas neat and tidy, therefore, I couldn't report this to anyone. Great gym and nice pool with many friendly staff.
