    We had a wonderful stay at The Charm Resort Phuket. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Patong Beach while still being peaceful and away from the busiest streets. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooftop infinity pool was definitely a highlight, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall, the resort offers great value for money and is perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Phuket. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

    Excellent location, across the road from the beach, and a short walk to Bangla road and markets. Infinity pool is awesome and the pool access room is a must. Fantastic stay all round!

    The Charm Resort Is quite large and is located directly across the road from the beach.  The resort itself is getting tied and the rooms are in need of refurbishment, So I don't believe it's worth the price they're charging. The beds are comfortable and there is a sofa, a safe, Umbrellas, hair dryer  a desk and a chair, a mid-size fridge and freezer, and tea & coffee making facilities. Even though there is plenty of space for it there is no microwave. There is an LCD-TV With a very poor selection of channels there are no movie channels or anything.They are an older Style TV with no access to Youtube or Netflix, And the TV should be upsized and Updated considering the price of the rooms. The bathroom is a reasonable size But the showers could do with a thorough cleaning. The water pressure is very poor substandard And the water temperature is hot for about a minute and then cold for about three minutes then hot for a minute then cold again which is really annoying. The rooftop decking and pool area Is pleasantly done with views across Patong Beach.  There is also a bar at the pool where you can order food or drink. It's a good location however As previously stated there needs to be a lot of Improvement and refurbishment to justify the price they charge.
