Cute, cozy, and clean 2 BR / 1 BA house and with carport and enclosed back yard with ramada. 950 SF mid-century ranch with contemporary country kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and enclosed patio room with a full-sized washer and dryer. BR #1 contains queen size bed, and BR#2 is currently used as a dedicated office with a desk (not pictured), strong Wifi, and a futon. Possibility of a second queen bed instead of dedicated work space with early request. Great central location close to downtown Phoenix events and light rail with quick freeway access. Steps to canal with paved walking/biking path leading to 7th Ave/Melrose District and Central Avenue shops and restaurants. Within 5 to 15 minutes of Sprouts, Fry's, LA Fitness, 7th Street Restaurant Row, the Biltmore / Camelback Corridor, St. Joe's Hospital, Creighton University at Park Central, ASU Downtown, Downtown Phoenix Business District, GCU, Abrazos / Phoenix Baptist Hospital. Downtown Phoenix professional sports and entertainment. 10pm city noise ordinance. Parties not allowed.

We came to Phoenix to visit our daughter and see a few spring training games. We always travel with our German Shepard and this place was perfect for him the yard was fenced in . Kathy was very responsive to any of our needs and left a nice basket of snacks for when we arrived. It was very clean and we would stay again .

The owner was very responsive to all inquiries, and quite pleasant to work with. We enjoyed having a fenced yard for our dogs.

It was so nice to come home to a comfortable home at the end of the day. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. The beds and linens were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around. We would happily return to this property.

It’s an older home, in neighborhood that is quiet. Centrally located in downtown area. Owner has made an effort to decorate space nicely. There are spices, pots and pans for cooking. Fully functioning kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher. . Washer and dryer on-site. No services nearby-grocery stores, coffee stores etc. Plan ahead and stop before you arrive at house. Owner needs to update mattresses and bedding.
