Beautifully remodeled full guest house in Midtown Phoenix within the Willo Historic District designed with you in mind. Amazing location within walking distance of great restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, light rail, and the Phoenix Arts District. Less than 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and centrally located to everything in the valley you'll enjoy a charming neighborhood within the heart of all.

**please note: we are in the process of a backyard renovation and pool build, which has made the backyard a bit of a construction zone. The guest house and access is separated from this yard, but it is right next to it and visible. We make every effort to ensure it does not affect guest's stay**
