Little Blue Box

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very cozy and compact, situated in a fantastic neighborhood. While there wasn't a private backyard, the abundance of nearby parks provided ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment, which we appreciated. Overall, we loved our experience.

Hannah was an amazing host! She was very communicative. I would say if you are having to work while here the wifi isn’t the best but Hannah did everything she could to help the situation. Some silverware and pans were not cleaned all the way but overall really good stay and environment/area

The little home in Historic District of Phoenix is within 10 minutes of Banner University Medical Center the neighborhood is quiet clean and friendly neighbors. Will def use again when we come to town .

The house was okay. There were small nuances that made it difficult. The floors and bedding were clean, except there were stains on the comforter. The house was dusty as if it hadn’t been cleaned or stayed in in awhile. The ironing board was super small, so I was unable to iron my work clothes efficiently. Also, the stove when turned to low, the flame went out. We went to bake something, there were no baking pans. The plates were plastic and had gouges in them with stains. Also, we had to go buy hand soap to wash out hands, because the soap was empty. There were old leftovers from other travelers in the closet, which to me, that’s unsanitary to use. There was boogers dried in the bottom of the bathtub, which I had to sanitize before using. Also, I went to give my child a bath and if you turn the faucet on the shower turned on too. So I could bathe my one year old without spraying her from the shower. It just made things a little difficult during our stay. There really wasn’t a backyard. The air conditioner worked really well and the house was a comfortable temperature. The pillows and bed were very comfortable as well. It was convenient to the location I needed to be at for work. The host did communicate their cleaning crew had an issue, but after we checked in. The late notice isn’t acceptable, because it’s not right to have someone already check into a dirty home late in the evening AND then tell them. This should have been communicated earlier with an option to cancel.
