The room was just what we needed for the 4th of July weekend. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. There was enough room for our babies pack n play by the bed. There was a box fan which was a nice surprise. There were lots of beach things, a wagon, lots of chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, pool noodles and towels. The pool was clean. Only one parking spot, but plenty of paid parking nearby (4 an hour). It was an easy walk to John's pass and lots of good food nearby! Eat at Lisa's for brunch, SO good! And Fruit Float is amazing for breakfast and lunch also. They have boats that pull up to the shore with coconuts and they have a store front with a great menu and souvenirs nearby.

It was clean, had a great view, fantastic location across the street from the beach, walking distance to great coffee & smoothie and close to shops. The hall to the room smelled and the tub and sink were slow to drain but overall it was a good place to stay.

Pros - easy check in, very good follow from manager with shower problem, comfortable master bed
Cons - needs thorough cleaning, paper thin walls- can hear neighbours talking, pool very close to the road so it is noisy, balcony is very small
