A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Palm Valley Gated Community of Palmilla Lakes at Goodyear. Located 15 freeway miles west of the Downtown Phoenix, arts, museum & theater district, our home is a great location for your Arizona vacation. Dine on the covered patio, relax or sun in our private courtyard, walk across the street to our neighborhood heated pool (not heated from Nov to March), or play golf at one of the 2 adjacent “Palm Valley Golf & Country Club” courses. Fully equipped kitchen, gracious & comfortable furnishings throughout. Central A/C + ceiling fans in all rooms. Our den is set up with a futon for extra sleeping space. There is a washer & dryer and outside covered patio with gas grill for your convenience.

Layout and location was great for us. The community gate was a little tricky, but hopefully fixed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and it was great to be able to park our hire car in the garage.

The property was clean, had an abundance of supplies and was in a great location. It was great to be able to relax outside on the patio and save money by taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen.
