Renovated Villa in Old Litchfield

We stayed one week. It was a conveniently located to my daughter’s condo and restaurants. Great walking paths.

It was a very clean, nice property. The only problems were there was only one buy toilet paper and the lock box is a problem to open.

We love the Litchfield Park location and walking proximity to Wigwam Resort and several restaurants, parks, walking paths, etc. The complex is older, but the unit is newly remodeled. Bedding and bath towels could be better quality. Could not get hot water from the kitchen sink, but not an issue in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This property was very clean. The location was excellent for our baseball adventures. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. Insufficient linen (towels, sheets) to allow mid-week change. There were only 2 washing machine pods available. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not operational and the ice shute requires cleaning. No shades or drapes sufficient to provide privacy in the living area, especially at night. Heavy duty screen door for extra security but a 3 inch gap at the threshold would allow bugs and critters access to the house.
