About this apartment rental
Stunning two bedrooms, two bathrooms condo located in the desirable Indian Rocks Beach area. This 1,275-square foot corner unit is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It offers all the amenities of home including a fully equipped brand-new kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. The dining area has seating for six, with new ceramic floor tiles throughout the condo.
The Master Bedroom has a full oceanfront view with direct access to the balcony. It has a king-sized bed, completely renovated private bathroom with walk in shower, glass shower doors, two sinks, large walk in closet, ceiling fan and a 32in smart TV.
The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and access to a completely renovated second bathroom.
Magnificent view of the ocean can be seen from the balcony off the living room, perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine, eat dinner or just sit back and watch the sunset over the Gulf.
The condo has a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach with lounge chairs, tables, lighted tennis court and sauna for your enjoyment.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella is included in rental, along with an assigned covered parking spot.
Indian Rocks Beach offers gorgeous white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, locally owned eateries and quaint shops. Biking and jogging trails are a few steps from the building. There is Nature Preserve and park directly across the street to explore and enjoy. There is also a trolley that runs up and down the beach with stops between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete

Clearwater Beach is approximately 5 miles away and offers boating, fishing and shopping.
John’s Pass, Treasure Island and St. Pete are approximately 10 miles in the opposite direction and offers great restaurants, shopping, wave runners, fishing, parasailing and museums.

This is truly a great condo in an excellent location right on the beach! Watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was a daily occurrence. The unit is well appointed with comfortable furniture and new or newer appliances. Check in and out was easy. Linda was responsive to any questions by phone, text or email. We found ourselves not wanting to leave and hope to be back again soon. A perfect 10!

You know the accommodations are great when you have 2 weeks of cool overcast weather and your stay is still great.
Linda has a beautiful, updated home with gorgeous views of the gulf. She is amazingly responsive and her home has everything you need The building continues to work through ongoing upgrades, but we weren’t effected during our stay.

Even though there was exterior construction on going, it was not too obtrusive and did not take away from our stay
The unit was very clean and and had all the necessary materials for cooking etc

My family and I have stayed in several of the units at this location in the past decade. The building has slowly decayed over the years with the pool and jacuzzi being downright gross this year. Never saw anyway attend to it in two weeks. The condo itself was nice and appears to have been tastefully remodeled. The property owner leaves a binder with her rules for the unit which is a little much seeing as it specifies the type of detergent to use in the dishwasher. We were there for about an hour before she locked the thermostat at her desired temperature not ours. There are no window shades on the bedroom or living room sliding door so it gets very warm during the day. This also creates an issue if you are changing clothes in the bedroom and someone is on the balcony as they can see straight in the bedroom. Not all bad however we won't stay again.
