Graceland Farm B&B

From the moment we arrived, Genette was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were spoilt with a fabulous cooked breakfast each morning, which was delicious. There was also fresh fruit, yogurts and cereals available if you wanted them, along with fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. The bedroom was very clean, with a large comfy bed, kettle, biscuits and a mini fridge which was really useful. The bathroom had a walk in shower (no bath) and toiletries. We also had our own separate lounge and use of the conservatory and garden area, which was very relaxing. We could also safely store our electric bikes in the outside car port and there was ample parking. The house is located on a very quiet lane and the location is great for walking and cycling, with direct access directly onto the forest and the Filly Inn is just a short walk around the corner.

Graceland is a lovely, relaxing place to stay. If I am being really picky, it would be great to have a shelf in the shower to help my creaky bones and blinds in the bedroom and bathroom to keep the sun out, but they are minor details and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The farm was easy to find and the room comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Can’t find any faults

Lovely home in beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable bed. Tasty and well presented breakfast served in a gorgeous conservatory with surrounding views of the garden and wild life. We did not have a car but the walk into the centre of Brockenhurst was easy and passed by the historical St. Nicholas Church which contains a Commonwealth Buriel ground for First World War heroes, primarily from New Zealand.
