Stunning property to look at, lots of parking too. Our room was well equipped & spacious. Dinner in the Zen Garden restaurant was incredibly tasty & not over expensive.

The staff really went out of their way to help us, especially as my wife has some severe allergies. The room was great and the food in the Thai restaurant was delicious. We spent loads of time using the spa facilities and Brockenhurst is a beautiful village, ideally located for some fabulous walks.

Great setting, nice reception and dining room.
Bedroom clean and pleasant with door to a seating area and garden.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of options, freshly cooked to order.
No air conditioning in the rooms. Came in from dinner out and fancied a night cap. Was told the bar was closed. It was 11:00 pm on a Saturday night, with some complaining we did manage to get a drink but just one then it was Locked up light out. Not acceptable for residents of the hotel.

The location and staff
Dated, no USB plugs anywhere ? Stuck back in the 70s
We asked for garden room, for balcony, but we’re upstairs, overlooking the garden🤔
