Fabulous, warm, cosy getaway for two! Loved it !

Lovely, cosy place to stay. Fabulous location. Property sparkling clean, lovely little welcome welshcakes, tea and coffee and a pint of fresh milk!!. Although a wing of the hosts home, there was a separate entrance and felt completely private. Brought toiletries but everything was supplied (handsoap shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) what a lovely surprise. Fabulous, warm, cosy getaway for two. All you could need !

Quiet, charming location close to Saundersfoot. Comfortable bed. Hot powerful shower, handy kitchenette. Basic essentials provided foc.

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here - it was clean and comfortable, and a really good base for exploring Pembrokeshire. We appreciated the tea, milk and welshcakes waiting in the room as we arrived late! The little kitchenette had everything we needed. It was nice to have the armchairs to sit in too. Oh and a lovely shower which is always a big plus! We'd happily come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Comfortable and clean with everything you needed. Rob, the host was friendly and super helpful. The welcome pack to include Welsh cakes was a welcome bonus after our journey.

A lovely location but a poor nights sleep

Location was good, a convenient 10 min walk to the train station for easy & cheap access to Saundersfoot, Whitby, Carmarthenshire etc. Also easy parking in a private courtyard.

No curtains or black out blinds - I struggled to sleep due to the light coming through at 5am each morning. Also poor insulation between floors, we could hear the downstairs guests snoring all night long (and in the afternoon, I don't know what was wrong with the guy) which kept me awake. In the end we decided to visit a Spa on the 2nd to last day and then drive home a day early to get a good nights sleep at home. If curtains or blackout blinds were installed I think this would be a great stay, the noise from below was probably a one off but really ruined my stay due to lack of sleep. A larger TV would also be nice, I'm only 30 with decent vision and struggled to read the TV guide from the bed, although it could've been due to the lack of sleep!

A very pleasant and enjoyable stay

Availability of parking, warm welcome from host, advice regarding internet reception and directions into Saundersfoot, kind provision of milk and Welshcakes available for arrival. Power shower and generously sized countertops in bathroom. Central heating and hot water. Television reception. Architectural design and layout of the Lavender Room. The design of the annex complemented the original house. The amazing spacious storage cupboard. Appreciated how things were labelled for information and the resource information provided. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, thank you.

Due to the time of year - autumn, some leaves on the outside staircase steps. Some concern that this could be a potential safety hazard, but totally accept that if leaves were cleared away within seconds more fallen leaves would be on the steps. We tried to keep the leaves out of the apartment as best we could. Garden looked delightful and only the weather stopped us from exploring it. Condition and appearance of the rooms very good and clean- only some minor cobwebs below the ceilings. Would have preferred the windows and exterior door to have had curtains. Needed to be aware of the sloping ceilings. Would have liked a little bit more information about the village - if we hadn't explored the nearby trail we would not have known what was available in the village.

Quiet flat in lovely surroundings

Lovely little flat, very comfortable and good facilities, fully equipped kitchenette. Loved the power shower! Ample parking. On the edge of Kilgetty, but footpath takes you into the village (about 15 minutes walk) Short journeys to Saundersfoot and Tenby (tip from Rob, park at Wiseman's Bridge and take the coastal path to Saundersfoot, as parking there is limited) Good parking facilities at Coppet Hall (less than 5 minutes to beach)

Great location, bus stop and train station nearby. Enjoyed my stay at the Lavender suite and would certainly stay again.

Charming but lacks privacy

The location was ideal for anyone who didn't have access to a car, as the Kilgetty train station was only an 8-minute walk. The host was delightful and very helpful.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not very soundproof. I could hear one of the guests below snoring at night and muffled conversations.

Friendly, clean and excellent value for money!

The apartment had everything you could need for a few days away. it was close to the towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby so there was plenty to do. There were really nice touches when we arrived such as milk and Welshcakes. The owner was very friendly. There is also a very tame robin that will come and sit on the balcony with you and share your breakfast!

Location for visiting south Pembs was good - close to seaside town of Saundersfoot and beaches. Full marks for cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Decent washroom/shower

Hardly a 'suite' - more a room with ensuite facilities. Window blinds did not exclude early morning light. Kitchen facilities very cramped and limited. Balcony something of a misrepresentation - in fact a small table and two chairs on the top platform of iron staircase leading to entrance door of room. Sofa uncomfy Railway line closeby with sound of early morning trains..
