In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are close by at both Alpine Meadows and the beautiful Squaw Valley Resort, home to the 1960's Olympic winter games. Summer is filled with activities such as fishing at the Truckee River, rafting, and numerous hiking and bike trails. If you are there on a Thursday evening, check out Truckee Thursdays, a fun family night with arts and crafts, food trucks, and entertainment.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
