This beautiful, tri-level condo is just east of Tahoe City. It is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Homewood ski areas. A perfect winter wonderland. In summer you can walk to Skylandia Beach, on breathtaking Lake Tahoe or walk into town on the bike path. You will find great restaurants and shopping. Or, just stay at the condo and swim or play tennis. The North Shore Casinos are about a 15 minute drive away.

This unit is part of the Villa's Townhouse complex, located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The condo has a loft master suite bedroom. There are also two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower floor. There are steps down and up to unit from parking lot and the unit is 3 levels.

We created lasting family memories while on our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights, skied for 2 days. Condo is located in pine trees. We stayed right next to the lake a few years ago and my wife liked this location better because of the trees. We would stay her again.

Cozy condo a short drive away from the ski resorts and close to the main stretch of Tahoe city. Nice comfortable living room with high ceilings. Three floors with the top floor being a loft with one bed. It can get a little warm up here with the heater running. And downstairs on the bottom floor with two bedrooms it gets a bit cool, but was perfect for our needs as we had two people who preferred it cooler and one warmer.

No reflection on condo except lots of tourist places, dining spots,etc. had limited hours in Oct. (off-season?)Due to snow/wet weather, we were sad to not be able to use the pickleball court(net was down). And we couldn't get into the sauna area. However, it was user-friendly for a family group of 6 and had other nice amenities. It was safe and quiet. Thanks.

We were happy to spend the weekend in Tahoe. The condo was in a great location and was comfortable with all of the needed amenities. We enjoyed taking advantage of the club house, pool and tennis courts. Despite some unseasonably cold weather, we had a great time.

Condo was nice. Kinda hard to find once in the complex. And the combo lock was a bit tough. But we got in. Nice size. Had the necessary stuff. But, the draw backs were a lot of steps. Several steps up and then down the up again to the front door. Then three levels inside. Unloaded was a nightmare. But once settled it was quiet. The assigned parking spot was used by someone else. So we had to walk a lot more. All in all, not bad.

3 night stay with family of four (2 adult children). Plenty of space to spread out and relax. All the kitchen stuff needed to cook breakfasts and dinner. Quick ride to Tahoe Palisades for a great ski weekend. This apartment has stairs- would not be good for someone who has difficulty with stairs . Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Mike's condo. It was as advertised and met our needs for our skiing adventures. Mike was extremely responsive when a couple of questions came up. We got a lot of snow the first few days we were there. The snow shovel was missing. After I purchased one, Mike immediately credited me for the purchase. A great host. If I come back to Tahoe, I'll definitely consider staying there again.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to skiing and there was plenty of space for our family. The master bed was comfortable and large - it is a king. The owner was very responsive and was able to get us into the unit a day early.

This condo was in a very convenient location to Tahoe City (grocery and pharmacy stores are only 5 min away), and was an easy drive to Palisades Tahoe for our ski weekend. Our group of 6 slept comfortably across the 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is an open loft). As noted by some of the other reviewers, you need to be comfortable with a lot of stairs (and ok with carrying your gear up & down them). You go down a large set of wooden steps from where you park, then back up more steps to get to the unit. It can be a little slippery when there is a lot of snow. Then once inside the unit, there are steps down to 2 bedrooms, and steps up to the main living area and loft bedroom. The unit was very cozy and had everything we needed. Note that the appliances are quite dated, but functional. Check-in process was very easy, and communication was quick and responsive!

The condo was in a great location for us. We were a little disappointed that we could not use the sauna (we actually could not find it). The condo was nice, but the kitchen is a little small. Be prepared to buy sandwich bags and/or aluminum foil. The bathroom lighting is a little dim and there wasn't any bath soap or bath wash available. Overall, it was a nice place.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this rental. The place was plenty big for 2 couples (has a whole extra bedroom). We were skiing and it was ~20min to Palisades/Alpine which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathrooms worked perfectly well. Enjoyed using the fireplace. Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed at the same condo a year ago. I like the location and the condo. It is a tri-level so has a lot of stairs. Stairs to get to the front door, stairs up to a bedroom and stairs down to the other bedrooms. That should be described in the listing for anyone that has issues with stairs. During this stay I was disappointed in the amenities. Bath towels, while not plush were clean and not tattered. The hand towels looked like they had been used as cleaning rags. There were three bath towels in the condo without spares. Two wash clothes and they looked worn. I slept in the double bedroom downstairs and the fitted sheet had a hole in in that was about 2x2 inches and an entire edge was ripped and frayed - very disappointing. I didn't check the sheets in the other bedrooms. One bottle of liquid soap in the downstairs bathroom for the whole condo - no soap otherwise.

First time in Lake Tahoe. We were only there a few day but packed a lot in. The accommodations were perfect. Clean, quiet and well appointed. Michael was always available whenever I had questions. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough!

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication with our host Mike was excellent. When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. We contacted him- he was on top of things and resolved it right away. Just a misunderstanding with the cleaning crew on our arrival time. The condo is very nice! It is located in a condo community among pines and redwoods. There are three floors. It is well equipped, and has a great balcony/veranda. We also enjoyed the heated community pool! There is a 7-11 walking distance from the condo, Tahoe City and a Safeway about a mile the other direction. Good beaches can be found within 1-1.5 miles away. With all the snowfall this year and melt runoff, Lake Tahoe was back to normal levels!

This is one of our top places to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. The kids were SO happy to have their own rooms and beds. All the kitchen amenities were great. We came to participate in a triathlon and it made our stay so comfortable. What a great experience!

We stayed 3 nights here for our ski trip to Palisades. The location is great and has plenty of parking. The host Michael sent us detailed guide to pretty much everything about the condo before check in, and was very responsive to my messages throughout the stay. The place wasn't the cleanest and kind of old, but you get what you pay for (It's def a great price for the area). I liked how the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (oil, salt, condiments, all sorts of cooking tools, blender, etc.), and we were able to cook homemade meals even when we were traveling. We accidentally short some of the wall plugs while using the hair dryer, so that's a note to future renters to make sure to not overload the appliances. Overall we appreciated being able to stay so close to the resort and staying under budget. Would recommend for family trips!

Great stay for our family of four, Mike was easy to communicate with, and friendly. Pros: proximity (by car) to ski resorts and local town amenities. Spacious residence with a room for each of our girls at a reasonable price. The kitchen had all the essentials and the sharp knives were appreciated. Cons: Noisy dishwasher, central heating and fridge (sometimes), however, we would run the dishwasher after breakfast, so problem solved. It was colder downstairs, however, heating provisions were adequate. And lastly, more hooks at the front door for jackets etc would have been good. Also, additional shoe trays and a bigger front door mat would have mitigated the snow we couldn't fully remove from our boots/shoes due to the ample snow - first world problems I know! Overall we enjoyed our stay.
