About this apartment rental
We hope that our apartment looks like the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy some time away.
The combination of a sea view, privacy and peace and quiet makes this development a very sought after destination. Moments from the Santa Maria golf course, local amenities and the beach, and within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the many beautiful places of great interest worthy of a day trip.
Our air conditioned one bedroomed apartment is beautifully presented and is a real home from home. Recently renovated, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay including fibre wifi, tv with many international channels and a fully equipped kitchen.
The 1st floor apartment is accessed via a gated secure underground car park, with direct lift access. The large 70m2 apartment has one bedroom which can be set up as either a super king bed, or twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, and doors to a private balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views.
The main living area has two large sofas and has a very spacious feel with access to the stunning south facing terrace with views of the Mediterranean over to Gibraltar and Africa. There is a dining table and four dining chairs if you want to eat inside.
The kitchen is off the dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The view from the sink makes washing up enjoyable - you may not even want to use the dishwasher!!
There are four pools on the complex in beautifully maintained gardens with the main pool including a child's pool.
The apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 15 minutes from Marbella centre. An eight minute drive to the beach (the famous Nikki Beach) means you have the joy of being close to the sea but having the benefit of being in the most calm and relaxed development away from the hustle and bustle. The Santa Maria golf course clubhouse is literally 3 minutes drive away with many more courses easily accessible along the coast. The local shops and bars are only a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk (with a cheap taxi ride back up the hill!!). We highly recommend a car to get around and we have a negotiated a great deal with an airport car hire company which anyone staying at the apartment can benefit from.

You can check-in any day of the week apart from a Sunday - everyone needs a day off!
On arrival at the apartment there will be a welcome pack of water, wine, and milk with tea and coffee to get your stay off to an easy start. We can arrange for groceries to be delivered prior to your arrival for a fee of €15 plus the cost of the shop. If you're staying for a while we can arrange for a mid stay clean or linen change for an additional fee. We also supply hand sanitiser.
Check-in during office hours is with a meet and greet service. After hours there’s a key pick up point, details of which will be sent to you in advance.

This apartment was comfortably and tastefully furnished and very clean. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the large corner balcony seemed like a personal paradise! The owners provided a very helpful information packet which we appreciated. We were also very happy to be able to do our laundry after traveling for 10 days. There is a large drying rack, not a machine dryer, and it worked out well. Great location for visiting Ronda or coastal towns and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Marbella is wonderful. The walkway along the beach is great. The best for us though is sitting on the terrace of the apartment and looking out at the Med, Gibraltar and the endless blue sky. A glass of spanish red wine and some olives makes it complete.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony. Overall a very nice residential complex. Good location but a car is necessary. Very good communication with host. We enjoyed our stay.
