Lectoure is a beautiful town and this house is perfect for a visit. The balcony bedroom and terrace have wonderful views.

Logement pratique car en centre ville donc facilité pour faire des achats. Vu magnifique Logement spacieux. Bien équipé : four, plaque, frigo, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, bouilloire, machine à café Salle de bain top mais manque une poubelle
Il y a un grand manque d'entretien : Au rez de chaussée, la grande baie vitrée ne se bloque pas. Le tissu sur les sièges sur la terrasse est prêt à craquer. Le frigo et le lave vaisselle n'étant pas calés font beaucoup de bruit. Mon mari s'est retrouvé coincé dans les toilettes 30 mn car la gâche ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu trouver des voisins avec outils pour débloquer la porte. J'ai téléphoné au propriétaire, ai laissé un message en notifiant urgent mais il n'a répondu que deux heures après. Au premier : une prise dans une des chambres n'est plus accroché au mur ; Au second : la chambre sent la moisissure
