Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Repairs, cleanliness, and customer definitely need to be improvement. The floors were filthy, dirty towels were left in bedroom, patio door lock broken, light over range didn’t work, chair on patio was broken. No lobby nor no front desk service. Had to you to walk to hotel next door for service. Which I refuse. I drove to Luxury property office and no one was available (note on door saying call to make an appointment). Total inconvenience !!! Customer service is key!!
