Very nice condo, it was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only downside was that on a very windy day, there seemed to be a significant air leak around the front door, causing the wind to howl inside. Placing a towel at the bottom of the door helped reduce the noise.

This was my first time staying at South Wind and renting through Luxury Beach Rentals, and I would absolutely stay here again! The condo was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. I’ve never stayed in a rental that provided so many bath towels—we never even had to do laundry, which was a first for me. The condo itself was spotless, and the common areas were also very well maintained. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.The check-in and checkout process couldn’t have been easier—it was handled quickly via text. Within five minutes of arriving, I was already inside the condo enjoying the gorgeous ocean view.Don’t hesitate to book this location—you won’t be disappointed!

Location was wonderful, views great, unit spacious. TLC of the unit was not good. there was trash in kitchen can and some thing not clean needs more closer inspection before renting, update or repair refrigerator larger tv in guess rooms
